In Ayurvedic texts, breathing is described as “Prana”. Maharishi Ayurveda Prana-Rasayana is produced according to an original Ayurvedic formula and contains a rich combination of precious herbs. The main ingredients are Pistacia integerrhima and Adhatoda vasica, which are known for their strengthening effects on the respiratory tract. They are supported by liquorice, basil and other precious herbs. Prana-Rasayana can help to support the unhindered flow and absorption of Prana – the life-giving breathing energy.
With liquorice, Himalayan silver fir, long pepper, ginger, holy basil, peppermint and camphor. Himalayan silver fir is highly prized in Ayurveda for its purifying and strengthening effect. Contains no alcohol.
Directions
Dose for adults: 3 times a day 5 ml (see measuring spoon) 1/2 hour before meals.

Mentha piperita (peppermint) 7 mg, Cinnamomum camphora (camphor) 4 mg. Preservative sodium benzoate.
